Xitlali is located on the beach. It's the fourth restaurant from the jetty. There are two large palapas you can dine under while you take in views of the Pacific and watch surfers catch waves in the Chacahua surf. If you're lucky, you might get to see whales breaching or maybe even manta rays jumping a 5-6 feet out of the water as they play.
